DoKrew & BEWA:
Our vision with this collaboration is to provide strength conditioning opportunities that are designed to increase strength, endurance, and power, which can then be translated onto the mat. Consistently training in the weight room made a huge impact on my career, and I believe it can do the same for others as well.
Programs:
My company, DoKrew Health & Performance, has both program options available on my website ( https://do-krew.com/ ) under the tab labeled ‘Wrestling’, which will redirect you to TrainHeroic, an online training platform where athletes can access their workouts 24/7.
Option #1: DoKrew x BEWA
Built for those competing in the offseason (US Open, Trials, Fargo, etc..).
3 workouts per week, focused on strength, power, and endurance.
24/7 access to all workouts.
Video instruction provided along with notes for each day.
24/7 access for me as a coach, with the ability for me to change exercises, sets, reps, etc.. based on current needs (approaching competition, cutting weight, injury sustained on the mat).
New set of programming directly implemented every 4 weeks for continual progression.
Upon purchase, access to a basic nutrition within sport guide, outlining key tips and ideas for those looking to dial in their nutrition for sport performance, weight-cutting, and overall health.

Option #2: DoKrew x Wrestling Strength
Built for those looking for a one-time fee, lifetime access 12-week program.
3 workouts per week, split into 3 blocks (4 weeks each).
Main focuses on strength and power.
Lifetime access – can be utilized multiple times through.
24/7 access to the program.
Changes can be made by the athlete’s discretion.
*One-time fee*
*No changes to the program can be made by myself upon purchase.
*Note: Option #1 is not strictly for those competing in the off-season, but rather for those who want access to new programming every 4 weeks and the ability for myself to directly change program variables if needed.

About DoKrew
Daniel Kimball, originally from small town Iowa, wrestled for South Dakota State University while getting each a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Exercise Science. Daniel created DoKrew because his passion for wrestling extended beyond the wrestling mat. Strength, conditioning and nutrition are a vital piece to our sport in order to reach your potential. Daniel has lived it for quite some time, and now he is ready to teach it!
