Gratitude
Berge Elite Wrestling Academy firmly believes in prioritizing the growth and progress of their students. Our approach involves a carefully crafted curriculum designed to deconstruct advanced techniques, engage in drills, incorporate play wrestling, spar regularly, and hold rigorous training sessions. In addition to honing wrestling skills, BEWA puts significant emphasis on the mental component of wrestling and life, fostering an attitude of gratitude in both practice and competition.
We offer High School classes throughout the year, with sessions available during the Spring, Summer, and Fall. The Spring and Summer classes concentrate on enhancing Freestyle techniques, which not only build a strong base for Folkstyle wrestling but also offer students a chance to test their skills against elite competitors nationwide. As we move into Fall, our focus shifts to getting the students ready for the upcoming Folkstyle season, ensuring they are well-prepared for the challenges ahead.
Our youth classes are conducted throughout the year to ensure constant progress. We prioritize nurturing long-term development by establishing a solid foundation that supports their wrestling journey. As they progress, we gradually introduce advanced techniques to enhance their skills. During spring and summer, the focus is on freestyle wrestling, while fall and winter concentrate on folkstyle. The frequency of weekly practices fluctuates according to the season, accommodating the evolving needs of our young wrestlers.
